Who we are

This website is run by the OptiHive team, which is responsible for the personal data collected through it. You can reach us at info@optihivehub.com.

What we collect and why

• Conversation and pilot requests: name, work email, company name, team size, and any message you send. We use these solely to reply to you and arrange a conversation. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), (b)).
• Launch updates: your email address, used only to send OptiHive product updates. Legal basis: consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• No tracking: this website uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Its fonts are served from our own server, so visiting it sends nothing to Google or other third parties. If you choose a theme or accessibility settings, that choice is stored only in your own browser and never sent to us.

Who processes your data

Messages you send through the forms are delivered to our mailbox, which is hosted by our email provider, Papaki. Form submissions are handled by our form provider, Formspree, on their way to that mailbox. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Request data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and up to 12 months afterwards. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@optihivehub.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority).
